A small charge for delivery and postage is made based on the weight of your order and should be clearly stated at the checkout stage. Most orders will ship for approximately £2.17 + VAT via Royal Mail First Class.

Products ordered before 1pm will be dispatched the same day unless otherwise stated. In reality, most orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day although this cannot be guaranteed. Where Special Delivery (Next working day) is selected, this applies to orders placed before 1pm but please give us a call if you intend to place your order after this time. It is likely we can dispatch it anyway.

Delivery Methods: Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce 24.

Most orders will require a signature on delivery. For your convenience you can specify a delivery address other than that registered to the credit card. If you are not available to receive your order, Royal Mail and Parcelforce will leave a 'while you were out' card, allowing you to to pick up your order from your local Royal Mail delivery office or arrange a redelivery.

Credit card payments are accepted through Securetrading, a secure and highly respected credit card processing agent.

We reserve the right to contact you to confirm the purchase if we consider the transaction to be suspicious in any way, therefore please include a telephone number in your order details to ensure delivery is not delayed.

We aim to dispatch all products the same day for next day delivery, however we accept no liability for goods delayed through no fault of our own. If you have not received your goods within 7 working days then please contact us.
