Excellent value 40cm Plastic Wobble Balance Board. A unique design producing a light weight but incredibly strong ideal for restoring balance and proprioception training following accident and injury as well as lightcore stability training or as an aid to preventing injury when used regularly. Adjustable with a 17-24 degree tilt and complete with an exercise/instruction guide. This is an excellent starter board for an adult or child.
