What size do I need?

Measure the width of the back of your hand across your knuckles. Match it with the following size guide (Measurements are a guide only):

X Small - Less than 6.5cm
Small - 6.5-7cm
Medium - 7.5-8cm
Large - 8.5-9cm
X Large - 9.5-10
XX Large - 10.5cm plus
