What injuries is the McDavid 195 suitable for?

Moderate to severe ankle sprains
Preventing injury to unstable and weak ankles

How does it work?

Laced up tightly over socks to allow up and down movement but prevent sideways movement of the ankle.
Two straps wrap around under the foot and up the side of the brace to mimic an ankle taping technique and provide additional lateral support.

What size do I need?

Sizing: UK Shoe size

4.5 to 6.5 = XSmall
7.5 to 8.5 = Small
8.5 to 10.5 = Medium
10.5 - 12.5 = Large
13.5+ = XLarge
